The Executive Director, Properties provides leadership for Properties' three departments and ensures that the activities the departments undertake are in line with the University's Strategic Objectives.

Provides Properties-related Asset Management Services. Asset Management comprises: Director's Office, Properties Finance, Properties Corporate Reporting & Publications, Properties Information Management & Systems Support, Property Portfolio, Space Optimisation (includes Venues), Parking and Traffic, and Security.

Provides Properties-related Facilities Management Services. Facilities Management comprises: Director's Office, Campus Services, Maintenance, Parks and Gardens, and the Service Coordination Centre.

Provides Properties-related Planning and Project Management Services. Planning and Project Management comprises: Director's Office, Architectural Services, and Construction Services (includes Interiors).
