Curtin University has embarked on an exciting new project to refurbish Buildings 101 and 102 and relocate all student engagement services to create Curtin Connect - our new student services and support ‘one-stop-shop’ at the University Central Precinct in 2017.
Leading interior designers have been engaged and have held consultation workshops with staff and students to help guide the design of the new dynamic work and engagement spaces.

Project features and benefits
Curtin Connect will be the new vibrant hub for future and current students in Buildings 101 and 102 at the University Central Precinct. The project will unify multiple enquiry counters and contact points and has been designed to provide personalised, responsive and agile customer service for students, in addition to a great working environment for staff.
Building 101 will be remodelled to comfortably and stylishly accommodate student engagement staff and provide pop-up places to casually meet, private spaces to consult with students and colleagues, plus personalised spaces to work.
Building 102 will become a dynamic space that provides a gateway for students to interact with Curtin staff and easily access the services and support they need to get the most out of their campus experience.
Co-Op Curtin University Bookshop
As part of the Greater Curtin Master Plan to create a vibrant student hub at the University Central Precinct, the Co-Op Bookshop will be relocated from Building 200 to Building 103 to ensure its close proximity to Curtin Connect.
Business Continuity / Temporary Relocations
In order to safely carry out the Curtin Connect Project and maintain business activity, student engagement staff in Buildings 101 and 102 will need to be temporarily relocated at our Bentley Campus.

The Curtin Connect Project Team has worked with affected service and support teams to plan and schedule the relocations to minimise any inconvenience. Office Relocation Project Management have also been engaged to ensure transitions to temporary work spaces and then into the newly refurbished Buildings 101 and 102 occur as smoothly as possible.
