Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes of a job request? View a short movie which follows a job from request to completion


The Service Coordination Centre has been developed by Properties to provide a one stop contact and information point for all University community maintenance requests. All requests will be recorded and tracked with feedback being provided to the customer on request.

If you have spotted a problem or have a request concerning maintenance of facilities on campus. This includes problems or requests for electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or parks and gardens.

SCC - Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To provide a one stop contact point for reporting all maintenance requests
  • To process and record all reported maintenance requests using Archibus
  • To provide customers with feedback regarding their requests
  • To plan and schedule all on demand and preventative maintenance using Archibus
  • To record and process completed requests
  • To provide information on any major works or disturbances on campus
