Exchange
Exchange is the first precinct to be delivered at Curtin University’s Perth campus in response to the Greater Curtin Master Plan – this transformational development represents a significant change to how Curtin has traditionally functioned.
Exchange is designed to bring education, industry and community together – encouraging and facilitating the sharing of knowledge, ideas and creativity and serving as a catalyst for innovation and progress.
The first stage of the precinct, which commenced construction in Quarter 2 2019 includes:
- Curtin Central (the recently completed new bus interchange)
- A new home for our School of Design and the Built Environment including commercial space available for lease by industry partners
- New student accommodation to be operated by St Catherine’s College and Unilodge Australia
- Nesuto Curtin Hotel
- Residential apartments available for lease
- Grocer and specialty retail
- Public spaces and amenity
