Our Projects
Library Refurbishment
Project overview
The TL Robertson Library is perhaps one of the most significant buildings at Curtin University. It is the centrepiece for knowledge exchange, and with new technology and learning experiences, our students are demanding more and more from the spaces within it.

Project features
The exciting and contemporary refurbishment provides new student focussed help desks, group workspaces and new safe 24-hour access. In addition to this, a new stair provides much needed additional circulation between the entry floor and the quiet collaborative spaces above. A refurbished cafe and food outlet forms the cornerstone to the library experience and breaks the mould of library's and food being incompatible.

Project benefits
Completed in 2014, this is the first of what is to be many transformational refurbishments. It has provided two floors of open, transparent and collaborative working spaces in a modern library.
