Form Upgraded 5 March
We’ve improved the Permit to Work application system. While the form has a new look, the structure and process remain the same. Applications submitted before the upgrade will still be processed.

A successful permit submission will trigger a “Your permit application has been successfully submitted!” message to display in the field below and a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
If you do not receive the confirmation email or have any queries about the current state of your permit submission please speak to your Curtin Responsible Officer.
