If you have a maintenance issue within your tenancy area, this generally falls within the tenant’s responsibility. However, if the issue relates to the building, or if you see something that needs to be cleaned, repaired, installed, or replaced on a Curtin campus, please notify us via the link below. Our teams strive to respond to all requests quickly – emergency works will be prioritised. A Works Request must be submitted by any tenant who intends to undertake any maintenance, repairs or fitout works within a tenancy area. In the event of emergency repairs, please contact SCC on 9266 2020. You must always use inducted contractors.

The Safer Community Team offer 24 hour service, every day of the year to the Bentley, Technology Park, Perth CBD and Kalgoorlie campuses. Please contact the team directly if you feel unsafe, or experience or observe an incident or behaviour that concerns you.
If you are a tenant or tenant employee, you will require a Curtin Associate ID to be able to attend and work on campus. Swipe card access is required to gain entry to certain Curtin buildings/facilities, which may include your tenancy and nearby ablutions.

To protect Curtin’s values and reputation, where required Curtin will require a Tenant to obtain from their builder or lead contractor a completed Statutory Declaration confirming payment to sub-contractors and suppliers complies with the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act. Curtin requires a Statutory Declaration to be submitted with each claim for payment.
