Maintenance & Service Needs

If you need something cleaned, repaired, installed, moved or replaced at your tenancy, simply lodge a request via the link below. We also manage campus access and accessibility concerns such as door key requests. Our teams strive to respond to your needs quickly - emergency work requests will be prioritised.

Safety & Security

The Curtin Safer Community Team offer 24 hour service, every day of the year to the Perth campus. Please contact the team directly if you feel unsafe, or experience or observe an incident or behaviour that concerns you.

Our Curtin Emergency Management Plan and associated information can be found on the Health and Safety website.

We also have an Emergency Procedures Booklet (pdf) for guidance on managing a range of scenarios to help ensure a healthy and safe workplace and campus.
