Thresholds Project

Project overview

The Greater Curtin Master Plan identifies four Thresholds. Thresholds are places where people often change modes of transport and enter the Perth Campus.

Curtin’s Thresholds project aims to develop these areas into vibrant, welcoming and easily accessible spaces that encourage visitors to campus and help them get to where they need to be.

Project features

The four Thresholds identified will become familiar doorways to the heart of campus that provide pedestrian-centric shared access, key drop-off, taxi points, ACROD parking bays, and designated service points for deliveries, collections and maintenance activities.

Project benefits

  • Improved safety for pedestrians and cyclists at key entry points
  • More functional spaces to change modes of transport with relevant facilities and outlets
